Have Questions? We've Got You.

What website platforms do you use?

We design on Squarespace, Square and Shopify—depending on your needs. You own your website, DS is merely designing it for you.

What’s included in a website design project?

A typical website design project includes strategy, wireframes, UI/UX design, development, responsive optimization for mobile and desktop, SEO basics, and launch support. We also offer optional services like copywriting, custom integrations, and content migration if needed.

Will I be able to make edits to my website after it goes live?

Absolutely! We build websites on user-friendly platforms like Squarespace, Shopify, or Square depending on your needs. We also offer à la carte services and post-launch support (if needed).

Will my website be mobile-friendly and SEO optimized?

Absolutely. Every website we build is responsive (works on phones, tablets, and desktops) and follows best practices for SEO, including optimized page speed, metadata, and structured content to help with Google rankings from day one.

What exactly does a brand agency do?

A brand agency helps businesses define, develop, and express their identity. This can include brand strategy, messaging, logo design, visual identity systems, website design, content creation, and ongoing brand management. The goal is to create a cohesive presence that resonates with your audience and drives growth.

How do I know if my business needs branding or rebranding?

If your business is struggling to stand out, attract the right audience, or if your current branding no longer reflects your values or goals, it’s time to consider branding or rebranding. Major transitions—like launching a new product, entering a new market, or shifting company vision—are also common reasons.

What’s the difference between a logo and a brand?

A logo is just one visual element of your brand. A brand encompasses your entire identity—your values, voice, design, customer experience, and the emotions people feel when they interact with your business. A strong logo supports your brand, but it isn’t the brand by itself.

What files do I receive after the logo is complete?

A vector file of your logo along with PNG and JPG formats. You will also receive a 1-page brand guide that includes information such as fonts, colors and style variations.
